Review by hotel critic
As an interior designer with a penchant for fine aesthetics, my recent stay at Vincci Hotel was a gastronomic delight intertwined with architectural splendor. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth enveloped us like a familiar embrace. Walking distance to the vibrant city center, our culinary adventures extended beyond the hotel's realm. One evening, we ventured to Restaurante Poniente, mere steps away, where the ambrosial scents of traditional Spanish fare greeted us like an old friend. The evening unravelled with a symphony of flavors as tapas danced on our palates, each bite a revelation of culinary finesse. The gluten-free breakfast items at the lounge area catered effortlessly to my dietary needs, a gesture that spoke volumes of their attention to detail.Exploring nearby gems like La Pachamama, we indulged in local delicacies that painted a vivid picture of Spanish culinary ingenuity. Vincci Hotel not only offered a haven of architectural elegance but also doubled as a gateway to a gastronomic paradise, a testament to Spain's rich tapestry of flavors.
